Alex was so great and so helpful! He came over last minute on a Saturday without an extra weekend fee, fixed both of our clogged showers, found and fixed a leak under our bathroom sink, and even gave us a heads up for the future that we should never let anyone snake our toilet because the waste pipe is lead, which is really soft! That will definitely save us from future disaster! He was also very sweet to our pets, very efficient, very queer-friendly, and was able to give us a senior discount for my mother in law. We’ll definitely request him again next time! Excellent experience!

I texted Mr Rooters company and got a response in less than 10 minutes. We called and were asked a few questions about the service we were looking for.. We needed to have a water heater installed and a few more questions and we were hooked up with a technician to come out the very next day and evaluate our project. Lo and behold he showed up right on time. He looked at our project and presented what they could do for us. We accepted and within a few hours the new water heater was installed. Now that’s what I call good service. Our installer was nice and very professional. I would certainly do business with this company again.. Kudos to a company that knows how to take care of its customers. Cordially Robert

They were great! Explained everything, no hidden or sudden costs. Very friendly too. I highly recommend them for any job. They took care of clogged drains, low pressure throughout house, new faucet in kitchen and a New water heater. They cleaned up afterwards!!!!!
